The Light House (Christian Care Ministry) Trust Ltd is a professional counselling service to men and women of any age or race, irrespective of their personal beliefs. We offer one to one counselling, as well as working with couples and family groups.

The Light House is a registered charity (Reg. Charity No. 1064132), which relies primarily on gifts and donations to fund its ongoing work.  Each counselling session costs the Light House around £45 to provide and clients are invited to make a donation towards the cost of the counselling they receive.  However, no-one would be refused counselling because of their inability to pay.

Light House seeks to offer a counselling service to the people of Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.  We now have a satellite centre, which is situated in Warwick very close to the town centre. More information about the Warwick office can be found by clicking HERE .

Clients who contact Light House requesting counselling are invited to attend an initial assessment interview with a member of our counselling team, where the reasons why counselling help is being sought, can be explored in a safe and confidential setting.  Following on from this interview, and if counselling is thought to be the most appropriate help for the client, they will be offered a series of up to 8 counselling appointments with one of our counsellors, which can be extended to 20 sessions if required.  Due to the heavy demand for our services, there may be a short delay after the initial interview before counselling commences.

Our counsellors have experience in many areas of need - anxiety, bereavement, hurts from the past, low self-esteem, depression, marriage, relationship issues, etc. They are all trained, and either accredited with the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC)/British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) or are working towards such accreditation. All receive regular ongoing supervision. We offer a professional & confidential service at all times.
